Troubleshooting
Find the symptom, check the likely cause and follow the fix.
Symptoms, causes and fixes
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| No New AMR puck detected banner | The puck has not woken or connected yet | Lift the puck and press it back until the magnet seats on the metal. Wait a minute, then refresh the dashboard. |
| The machine shows as detached | The puck was moved or knocked loose | Re-seat it on clean metal. The dashboard shows it as attached again. |
| Readings stopped | Wi-Fi password changed, out of range, or no coverage | Open the Devices page to see when it last reported, then follow the Wi-Fi reconfiguration steps. The puck retries on its next wake. |
| Too many orange alerts | AMR is still learning, or the machine's normal has changed (new load, new part) | Wait for the learning days to finish. If it continues, ask AMR to adjust that machine's limits. |
| Battery level is low | The puck needs charging | Charge it and re-seat it. The Devices page shows the battery level and estimated time left. |
| I cannot sign in | Wrong email or password, or an expired invitation | Check your details. Invitations last 7 days, so ask your plant manager or AMR for a new one. |

We put a puck on the machine that worries you most. After 60 days you get a report, in euros, of what it found and what an avoided stop is worth to you, so the savings are measured on your own plant.
