Questions plant managers ask.
Short, honest answers.
What does the puck measure?
Vibration, sound and surface temperature. It also knows if it has been knocked off the machine.
How do I install it?
Place it on the machine. A strong magnet holds it. There is no wiring, no screws, and the line keeps running.
Does it need a network?
Yes. The puck sends its readings over Wi-Fi to the AMR platform.
How long until I get useful alerts?
The puck first learns what normal looks like for each machine. That takes a few days.
Will it predict every failure?
No. Sudden faults, such as a power surge or a foreign object, give no early signs. AMR warns you about the failures that develop gradually.
Is it a safety device?
No. It supports maintenance decisions and does not replace your safety systems. It is not rated for explosive atmospheres.
How do I try it?
Take the 60-day trial. We put a puck on the machine that worries you most and send you a report of what it finds.
Your free 60-day trial: see what AMR saves you.
We put a puck on the machine that worries you most. After 60 days you get a report, in euros, of what it found and what an avoided stop is worth to you, so the savings are measured on your own plant.
